How long does it take to setup my account?

Once payment is received, all accounts are instantly setup. Sometimes this can take up to 24 hours if the billing department has additional questions. We do a full security check on all accounts before sign-up to avoid any fraud transactions.

Once your account is set up, a Welcome Email will be sent which includes your username, password, host address, and any other getting started information you may need.

For Web Hosting: At this point you can access your site via the host address until your domain DNS transfer is done.
For Streaming Hosting: You can login to the Media Control Panel and start broadcasting!
