Was my account charged without my authorization?

The answer, absolutely not!  We have no way of charging your account without the authorization by you.

When you sign up via PayPal, many people using recurring subscriptions.  If you were charged without knowing, this is one likely cause.

When you pay via Credit Card, it is kept on file and charged automatically on your due date.

If you believe your PayPal or Credit Card has been stolen, please submit a ticket to the SALES department ASAP!
