The price listed on the website is different than what I’m paying, why?

Our pricing varies from time to time and it may go up or down.  The price you are paying is good for the lifetime of your service.

The price I am paying is higher than what is listed on your website, can I get mine lowered?  The answer is yes, however you will have to purchase a new package and cancel your current one.  There will be a $20.00 administrative charge if you need your port number changed to your old one or website migrated to the new service.

But, this is not fair! Think about it this way: Do you purchase a car from the dealer and one year later demand that they give you the new listed price when their prices change?
