How do I change my billing cycle?

At this time, to change your billing cycle from a Monthly to Quarterly payment, or from Quarterly to Monthly, you will have to submit a support ticket to the Billing Department.  In this ticket, you should specify the title “Change Billing Cycle”.  In the ticket, be sure to specify which services you want changed.

If you are on a PayPal Subscription, you MUST cancel it before proceeding with a cycle change! You can resign up with a subscription later if you wish to do so.
