The process for upgrading both web hosting and streaming accounts is the same:
- Login to the Client Area, click Services and then click the My Services option.
- Click on the status of the service you wish to change.
- On the left-hand side, select Upgrade/Downgrade. Choose your new desired package. Upgrades will be pro-rated based on the amount of time you have left in your current billing cycle, however downgrades will not.
NOTE: For streaming packages, you will only see an Upgrade/Downgrade Options button. This will allow you to change your Listener count. If you wish to upgrade your stream quality (bitrate), please open a ticket to the billing department!
