How do I change (upgrade/downgrade) my service?

Before submitting a ticket, try the steps below. It is much faster and available to you 24/7/365!

The process for upgrading both web hosting and streaming accounts is the same:

  1. Login to the Client Area, click Services and then click the My Services option.
  2. Click on the status of the service you wish to change.
  3. On the left-hand side, select Upgrade/Downgrade.  Choose your new desired package. Upgrades will be pro-rated based on the amount of time you have left in your current billing cycle, however downgrades will not.


NOTE: For streaming packages, you will only see an Upgrade/Downgrade Options button. This will allow you to change your Listener count. If you wish to upgrade your stream quality (bitrate), please open a ticket to the billing department!
