How do I cancel my service with Stream101?

To cancel your account, do not submit a ticket. Simply login to the client area and do the following:

1. Ensure you are LOGGED INTO the Client Area
2. Click on Services Tab. From the drop-down, choose My Services.
3. Click on the status on the service you would like to cancel.
4. On the right hand side under the “Actions” menu, choose Request Cancellation
5. Enter the reason for cancellation & select the Cancellation Type (Immediate or the end of the billing cycle)
   • Note: Choosing an immediate cancellation will not result in any refund, unless you are within the 30 day window and request a refund.
6. You’re Done!
