What happens if I stream over my assigned bitrate?

If you stream over the assign bitrate, our systems will automatically ‘kick’ your encoder off 10 times.  After the 10th time, your server will be suspended for bitrate abuse for a period of 24 hours.

There is no way to remove the suspension once it is initiated.

Please make sure to stream at your purchased bitrate.
