How do I enable a remote connection in MySQL/MariaDB?

Setting up a remote MYSQL connection with Stream101 is very easy, especially if you have done it in the past with another cPanel host. There is only a few steps that you need to do:

1. Login to cPanel
2. Navigate to Remote Hosts
3. Input the IP/Hostname of Remote Location that will be connecting to the database hosted on our servers

After that, you will simply use your domain name as the hostname when setting up the remote connection. The database name, username, and password will remain the same.
